I just renewed and thought I would get a new membership card and a bit of documentation on the particulars of the plan. It's been a month and nothing . I did get three solicitations to renew RA and another solicitation yesterday to renew my standard membership via USPS. You would think if they can afford all the sales pitches we could get a membership card. Requested a call back option the other day to ask a couple of questions ( during business hours ) and nothing. Beginning to wonder if anyone is home in the customer service department ? Any body else getting the same level of service ?
