I agree. I had an online account (not a good sam company) somehow get the wrong name attached to it. Every time I got an email or bought something, that name was used. But it never affected my ability to purchase. I contacted the company's technical help and they had a heck of a time trying to figure out WHERE the problem was. It wasn't in the profile, it wasn't in the billing or address information. It was somewhere deep down in the system that required an actual programmer to fix. Fortunately, this was a small company whose tech support was most likely in the same room as the programmer. Had it been a big company, I doubt it would have been fixed as the contact between tech support and programming would be far more limited.
