Poor Service by Credit Card Company
November 10 I tried to make a payment to Comenity/Capital the carrier of your Credit card and was refused admission to the sight using the same sign in information I have used for well over a year. 4 times I tried to put in info to verify my account. I even changed password. Each time I got message they had a glitch in the system and was told to try it again with the same result. I finally got in contact with a customer service person in who knows what country and they advised they were having problems and they were working on it. Fast forward to 30 minutes ago and same problem still working on it. The only difference was I was actually was talking to an American in Colorado. This is unexceptable to attempt to try to pay your credit card. What are you going to rectify the Problem?
