Problem in New Orleans

Worst RV service I can imagine. Lost a tread on the right rear tire which wrapped around the tire and did considerable damage to the camper including blowing out the front right tire. On the side of the road in the city limits. Called for service at out noon, called back for updates each hour until 4 pm. As I was on the way home and close to home called for a friend to come and help me. I pulled one tire and put the spare on before he arrived. When he got there he took the tire to a tire shop and had a new tire put on the rim. Brought it back and we pulled the second tire and he took it to the shop. It was about 5pm and service called back to tell me a service person would be there in 2 1/2 hours. I informed them I had taken care of it myself and wouldn't be there when they arrived in 2 1/2 hours. The girl had to ask if I wanted to cancel the service. If they can't find a service in a major city what would happen in a rural area? Pick something else even if it cost twice as much.
