I am in same situation.. Renewed last year and am member until Aug 2018, but web says I have to renew a membership that has 2 years left to be able to use a member benefit.. Doesn't make sense..
I call customer service and the guy was very short and basically said.. Tough luck renew or don't get access to the perks benefit for members..
This really seems like a very poor situation.. I would have to pay $27 to extend a year... With still two years on my membership.. To see the perk..
Can someone help me understand how this makes sense, is legal, is in anyway good business. And anything other than a money gouge...
