We know the recent system outage has been frustrating and we will work to ensure a fair resolution for impacted customers. We’re waiving late fees for customers whose payment due date fell on June 27 or 28, 2022. Those customers’ inability to make a payment will not affect their credit score. You can now check your balance and make a payment online using EasyPay, or by calling the number on the back of your card or on your statement. Until we restore full service, we will not charge a pay-by-phone fee when you make a payment with one of our representatives.
