NOT A HAPPY CAMPER
We had a blown tire and waited until we got home to send in the paper work to get reimbursed. We had to pay GS because GS extended service which covers the tires were closed on the weekend.
Now I've called to cancel the policy and they said they can't cancel our policy because THEY HAVEN'T SENT US OUR CHECK YET! So you must keep paying monthly until they decide to send you your check. This doesn't' seem legal to me. The only thing that matters is that we were current and covered on the date of the claim.
This program is sold with the promise that you can cancel at anytime, and I think I saw something about it might be prorated, but nothing about this issue.
I have requested to speak to a supervisor so we'll see what happens.
