Outer dually, valve stem snapped, GS tire specialist insists both stems need to be replaced at $187. Also the flat tire needs to be replaced (since it was run flat) at $585 in my size. 2 hours later...

Anyways, have been in contact, no satisfactory resolution can be made. Will be dropping it. Anything GS/CW is a joke. Funny thing is before I had GS, I paid $350 to have a flat front tire replaced on the side of the road.
