Well I don't want to "count my chickens" just yet. But just received an email from GS after making one last phone call. They've agreed to refund the $185.
But why do I have to make call after call for what's obviously a simple refund?
They knew they were in the wrong, this last person said there were "no previous attempts at a refund made", by us?!? Showed no records of our calls, funny this all seemed to fall in place when we contacted our CC company about being charged for services not rendered. Our CC company said to reach out one more time before moving forward.
