I had a similar situation. The hitch on my MH broke and the trailer needed to be towed to a safe place GSRA denied the request for the same reason as you have. I immediately cancelled GSRA and called my insurance company. They have been covering me for the last 5 years and even pulled my enclosed trailer out of some soft ground at no cost. Do yourself a favor and call your insurance company.
