To the one remark, we do take care of our vehicles. The truck had been running very well with no battery problems. The battery was fairly new. It has been running quite well ever since. Nothing was left on. Some times there is no prior notice. Three calls in two or three years? I didn't think that was using the service too much. And besides, if you're paying for a service, you should be able to use it when necessary, otherwise, why have it?
Smoking tire two years ago was a caliper (or however you spell it) that locked up. We had it replaced and checked the others. Everything was checked not that long ago. We didn't any indication there was a problem this time until it happened. Haven't been notified what the problem is this time by Edmundson RV and the estimate yet so don't know if it was our fault or not. Guess we're terribly, terribly negligent. Husband has cancer pretty bad. Guess I need to find someone to give this 70 year old lady lessons so she can try to crawl under it, pinpoint a problem before there is any indication of them and fix it herself. No, we, like many other people, rely on when we take it to an RV shop to have it checked out. Now, if you're free to do free inspections every couple of weeks, you will be welcome.
Regardless, this is about not getting a service we've paid for. It doesn't make any difference whether we never use it, use it once a year or whatever, we are not abusing it.
