Really disappointed
The guy who sold us the policy raved about how comprehensive this coverage was, even tires! But apparently, it did NOT include replacing a leaky valve stem on the tire on a brand new five month old...

Ok, I'm confused...National General is Liability/Collision/Comprehensive coverage, not an Extended Service Plan. GS ESP is a different product than what was requested by the OP. So why are we talking about ESP?
