Really disappointed
The guy who sold us the policy raved about how comprehensive this coverage was, even tires! But apparently, it did NOT include replacing a leaky valve stem on the tire on a brand new five month old...

With National General insurance formerly GMAC why if you have full time coverage, they do not insure electrical problems within your coach? haven't been to pleased with National General since they changed their name from GMAC. I am a Good Sam member with them, but I seem to get jerked around with NG more then GMAC ever could do. I have read my policy, I once had home owners insurance with GMAC, once they changed the name my policy changed and I was never sent any mail of a policy change until I attempted to login on my GMAC online statement and discovered my policy number had changed. What was once covered, has completely changed. Why is that? What types of insurance do others have besides national general? I sure would like to know. And what are your experiences with other companies? Do they take Good Sam or not? Curious here. Thank you.
