Really wonder about you Marcus

For those of you receiving too many emails and too much snail mail I believe there is something wrong somewhere. I looked at my email preferences in my membership profile today. I have almost everything checked yet I've only received a few emails from GS and/CW. As far as snail mail I receive one maybe two mailed items a month and one of those is sometimes a welcomed CW sale catalog. In other words, I receive almost no bothersome mail, electronic or snail, from the organization.

If you are receiving too much, you're probably in multiple databases: CW, GS, RS, Insurance, etc from some previous activity. I was in twice, once as a member and once as a customer of CW. Look at the number on the mailings, if there are different numbers then you are in more than once. A simple email to the Good Same Customer Response Team and giving them the numbers cleared it up in a month.

I don't think GS and CW want to waste money on multiple mailings and especially don't want to irritate existing or potential members/customers with unwanted solicitations.

The forum is double posting again, and also gives the error service unavailable, even though it really is.

Just think, all anyone has to do is login into the GS site and uncheck the boxes for the stuff they do not want. Took me all of 2 minutes. I realize some folks used multiple email addresses with various accounts and they can't remember which ones they used, but that is not really Marcus' issue, but folks want him to fix it.

Perhaps adding this gs forum 'has' brought the consumers concerns to light to gs. thank you for listening and acting upon it.

Some GS/forum users are just technologically challenged to the point they cannot figure out how to stop it and have no business sense at all. A quick check shows GS enterprises (which includes CW and other operations) to be a multi billion dollar operation. It doesn't operate perfectly and the Good Sam side of it is the worst part but it is a huge success.
