Usually if you request a refund, if your camper (or vehicle) is financed, the refund goes back to the bank/credit union. If your camper is paid for or if you trade your camper and when it gets paid off by the dealer, then you have to have the paid note or a letter on letter head from the Bank (CU) showing it is paid. At that time the refund comes to you. I used to work with this and also have had extended warranty and Gap insurance. I personally waited until I got the paid off papers, then requested from the dealer to cancel the warranty/Gap with proof. Takes a while.
