remember you have Good Sam Emergency Road service
Pulled into a friends yard in Pa. Traveled about 10 feet and the ground was soft and we sunk up to the axle. After trying to dig it out for about 3 hours a friend stopped by and tried to pull us out. After trying, he asked if I had emergency road service. Never needed it before and forgot I had it. I called the Good Sam 1-800 number and talked to a gentleman who was very helpful. After taking my phone number, he put me on hold to arrange a winch out. I was told the tow truck would be there in two hours. At the two hour mark Good Sam road service called and asked if they had come yet. I told them no, once again on hold and when he came back the tow people were on the way and that traffic was bad and they would be there in less than one hour. Less than 20 minutes they showed up and 15 minutes later we were out on solid ground. At the one hour mark Good Sam called again to make sure they had a arrived. The whole experience with Good Sam was very enjoyable. I will be renewing with Good Sam when it is time.
