removal of past due charge

why do I still keep getting a past due charge of $9.99on my billing since last year. I do not OWE a past due charge. the phone operator was supposed to have this corrected but the charge is still on it. can you correct this problem for me?

    just wanted everyone to know that the $9.99 charge has been removed from my bill as per Scott.

  • I am not a customer of GS plans in any way but it does get tiresome hearing how many people accuse them of a "scam" (not this OP, but many do) every time something goes wrong or does not take place the way they think it should.

    Nope, it's just ESP plans in general I don't trust because of the overwhelming bad feedback I've read.
    I suspect that you are sensitive because you have bought this "service".
    I hope you both have good luck with them.

  • Wow, it sounds like this outfit has all kinds of little parasite methods of extorting funds from members.
    I wonder how often people just give in and pay so they can avoid the hassle.
