Have residential fridge in our fusion and a part of the door broke. Am I able to use local service man or do I have to take to dealer who told me they would not know how to work on in.

Take it to local guy. he can call for authorization and do the repair. Sorry but I wouldn't let CW work on my wheel barrow.
