repeated service issue

to end this wiper problem, I am having Camping World in Columbia replace every thing on the wiper assembly. As the Good Sam service will not pay for it, I am paying out-of-pocket all the charges. CW has reduced the amount to help with this expense. I hope this puts to rest this issue. As to the service plan, I am not pleased and I would urge anyone that is pressured by scare tactics to buy this plan , reconsider as I haven't seen them deliver as I was told by the CW sales people. As of now, I still have not received a phone call from the business Mgr. at Camping World in Spartenburg, SC concerning a refund on the service contract. I don't know that maybe the CW folks make it difficult to get a refund on purpose. If so, something should be done to rectify this practice .
