Still waiting for repairs to be made. CW installed all new wiper equipment and the wipers still won't operate. My frustrations with this saga are unbelievable. They have had my unit since March 23rd. The latest is that the wiper control on the steering column isn't working and they don't do that work. They are taking it to a Ford repair shop only after I refused to sign off on the repairs they have so far done and take it to Ford myself! I can't believe this kind of service is tolerated by coach owners like myself. Is there any remedy for this delayed lack of service?
