Reward coupon rebate?? How long?

Question

OK. I extended my membership a few weeks ago and was told for 2 years I would receive a reward coupon towards a future purchase. Finally got it a few weeks later. Made my purchase and had to mail in the reward coupon rather than it applying too order. (seems very old school) Anyway mailed in the coupon about 3 weeks ago and no credit to CC account yet. How long should this take?
