I have left a message to speak to the highest level in your department. I have had a very bad experience with your " superior roadside assistance dispatch company" you said is based out of the city of Paramount in California.
Also your reps misconstrued my issue and refused to send out another dispatch service to help me with my flat tire.
this was a horrific nightmare! You left me stranded in a bad neighborhood for 3 hours! You lied about my situation between me and the Roadside assistance company you sent out to me.
This needs to be noted and sent to the highest levels of your organization. I demand it. No person should be treated the way I was treated today . And given no way to get help . You left me stranded at the side of the road and I am a paying member in good standing that is a first time caller!!!
I demand the CEO or the Vice president contact me ASAP!
NI am filing a complaint with the better buisness bureau against this company you sent me . You said it was " Superor roadside assistance" in Paramount CA. I googles them and there is no website or contact info on line. I cant find that company.

3:25 PM-- was promised they would arrive in 45 min.
they didn't show up till after 4:30.
the driver pulled up behind me in a bad neigborhood with a car . I couldnt see the sides of the car. license plate was in front window. Driver got out came to my door and stood there. I rolled down my window slightly and asked if he was roadside assitance. He was wearing a brown plain t- shirt. he said yes.. I asked to see identification due to the fact he had no name tag on or company shirt or jacket. He just stood their saying " what? what?"
I said please show me some id you are from roadside assitance and name tag with their name on it or something. He just got into his car and stayed there behind me. Mind you this area I was in was a very bad neighborhood in East Compton. I did not feel comfortable with this man due to the fact he was not wearing a company shirt or jacket or name tag nor did he provide me with any paper work that I could see Superior Roadside Assistance with.. I did not want to get out of my care due to feeling unsafe . A woman by herself in a bad neighborhood.
this man didnt show me any thing that made me feel safe to get out of my car.
I called the number you gave me to speak to his boss. I explained I needed verification and proof this person was from his company. the boss did not ask his drive to show me proof. Then he told me he was going to tell the driver to leave.
Then the driver left.
I called good sams and your reps told me I refused service and I cant get help now.
I explained I did not refuse service that I needed verification and to see paperwork from Superior roadside on the driver in hand or on his clothing clearly showing me he represented this roadside assistance company.
Your good sams reps refused to listen to me document this incident that the company you sent me was out of line and not doing their job. And your reps treated me unfairly and with no respect. And your reps left me stranded with no help on the way for 3 hrs.
This is not helpful . It is hurtful it is damaging and it is cruel and unusual behavior coming from your end and the company you sent to assist me with my car.
I had to call another company Autovantage to help me..
I also had to call a friend/ client of mine to help me and they did at 6:30PM. they were shocked at the poor service you gave me and how you treated me leaving me stranded in bad neighborhood for so long. They got to me in 10 min and put on my spare tire in 5 min. They were just friends that I dont pay for assistance like I pay you.
Shame on Good Sams Roadside Assistance for making my life miserable today. loosing money at my job... and treating me so badly and disrespectfully.
You need to rectify this situation Immediately! You need to make sure this never happens again.

My spare tire is going flat now too.
I was not able to get my car into the Costco tire shop today due the fact you made me sit in my car for 3 hrs and costco tire center was closed by that time
