Hi Corky111111, I am so sorry you are having the same issue, if you follow this procedure, it will also work for you, and also in your case it is because it is a brand new RV here is the process: select "Add Towable" and put year make and model
The most important information for dispatch is the Manufacturer and the Length. Hope this helps, thank you again for your post

Same issue here. We have a 2016 Jayco Class C. No 2016 Jaycos listed in RVs or towables. Hmmmmm.:?

You need to talk to your adviser, there is no M-27FBV in the list of models.

Ok, so I was just advised that you can do the following:

You can select:

“Add Towable”

“Trail-Lite by R-Vision”

“M-27FBV”

And then the length (probably 27’)

The important information for dispatch is the Manufacturer and the Length.
