Roadside Assistance App

Why in the world would Good Sam tie the Roadside Assistance App to I-Tunes...I tried to download the app because it sounded like a good idea to have my card available on my I-phone...There was no way to get it to download, and when the app did ask for information, it wouldn't let me enter the needed info...I signed in with my password, it went to the info page that had my name, then it asked for password verification and told me the password was incorrect...could get no further.

    I've had it on my iPhone for a couple years without any issues.

    The Android App uses different programming from the iPhone App. I have not heard anyone having issues with the Android version. I am surprised there is an issue with the iPhone version since Apple states they perform quality control testing on all app's in the store. I am guessing they say they do, but they really don't.

    Although it was a few months ago I down loaded it straight to my Android phone without useing I Tunes with no problem.

    I had an issue too, downloaded it entered my info and it says does not match your info?? Also never received a membership card :?

    I think you'll find all apps for Apple products are downloaded from the ITunes store, even the free ones and regardless of the author. So you'll need you Apple ITunes password to get the app. I think the same is true of apps for an Android phone which come from Google Play.
