I have the same issue when my parents signed on. We receive renewal notices for each other, it is crazy. Three times in the store we tried to fix it and failed. I called the 800 number and the rep was able to fix it.
Of note, I go to my store in Ohio (where I live), they ring up my card, and it pulls up by last name, not your member number, so the name that comes out on top is from Colorado and sure enough, everytime, the cashier looks at me and says, oh, your from Colorado! No, next name down, the one from the same city/state as the store we are standing in.
