Why do I not get an ID card showing that I have roadside assistance and where do I find a phone number to contact them

- GS seems to have a little trouble getting their ID cards out (I never seem to get them). But... if you call them, they are good about making it happen. Seems like they have some process problems there. Doesn't stop them from providing service.
- We have ID card and get a new one each year when we renew. You might need to contact them…or maybe they'll see your post here.
- Perhaps they have an app like most 21st century businesses.
