OP is saying he carries lia. only on the car, no comp. He wants to collect from the owner of the MH because the MH threw a rock and cracked the windshield on the car. He can do this because he is the owner, so all he needs to do is pull the money out of his pocket and give it to the wife. She can then take that money and pay for the windshield. See how easy it is. :S
