RV Concierge Service

The Member Benefit Brochure for my GS Roadside Assistance describes the RV Concierge Service as available, "If your vehicle is disabled while traveling..."

Is the concierge service available only during a disablement? Or may I use the service any time during my active enrollment?

    Thank you for your question. The member benefit brochure references the concierge service for use while traveling as these services are typically used while on the road. However, you are free to call at any time during your active enrollment to utilize the concierge service - disablement not required.
