Thank you for your replies. I looked into each of your accounts, and you both were given complimentary Platinum Roadside Assistance memberships on March 20, 2014. This was part of a large quantity of free Good Sam Roadside Assistance memberships, given out to long-time members of the Good Sam Club, to try out. These renewal notices were not mistakes, as you do currently have Roadside Assistance memberships, courtesy of Good Sam Club. You may choose to renew them if you'd like, or let them expire come March 19, 2015. I apologize for the confusion. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
