Thank you for your replies. I looked into each of your accounts, and you both were given complimentary Platinum Roadside Assistance memberships on March 20, 2014. This was part of a large quantity of free Good Sam Roadside Assistance memberships, given out to long-time members of the Good Sam Club, to try out. These renewal notices were not mistakes, as you do currently have Roadside Assistance memberships, courtesy of Good Sam Club. So both of you got FREE Platium Roadside Assistance memberships back in MARCH 2014 but didn't know about it......so either somewhere in the junk mailing is your membership cards/info OR you never received them.
