Ella just a couple days after my post and sending you my info I received a call from the New Finance Manager at CW Georgetown. He left a message on my machine. Check was ready to go out. Still no credit towards my loan. Still paying interest on something I don't even have. If my figures are correct the interest on the refund amount is a little over $100.00. I have followed the cancellation instructions in each contract in a very very timely manor. All services were cancelled. So far it has costs me over $100.00 more than it ever should have. NOT a happy camper as a first time customer with CW.
