Mr. Blanc, thank you for your offer to send me a full contract. I got your PM yesterday regarding wanting my information and told you that the young lady I spoke with at Assurant said that she'd send me one.
But I also asked you how to get a straight, no-nonsense answer to the question that started this. Surely as VP of the Continued Service Division you know what's covered and what's not.
The coaxial cable that CW installed BEFORE I took ownership of the trailer worked fine the first two times we used it. It hasn't worked since. Is this covered under my extended warranty or not?
I need a simple answer, please.
