Simple Answers?

Well. Who knew?

I called the Good Sam Extended Service Plan number on the brochure I had with all of my papers on my year-old trailer to see if I could get some information regarding an issue I'm having with a coaxial receptacle that CW installed prior to my taking delivery. The young lady (who was quite pleasant) said that Assurant handles all extended warranty claims. I had no idea. Never received anything from CW to tell me this, nor is there anything on my contract stating so.

If I had been on the road with a real problem without my contract I would have been SOL. In looking at the contract it states that the "Administrator of this … agreement is United Service Protection Corp."

Why doesn't CW -- or this "administrator" on behalf of CW -- provide us with something that we can keep in our wallet so that we don't have to haul around a contract?! And it turns out I don't even have the complete contract! Hers had 6 pages, mine has 5. Grrr ...

AND I still don't have an answer to my question about the coaxial problem! The nice young lady at Assurant said that maybe it's covered, maybe it isn't.

What a pain.
