I just had a similar rotten experience. 8 year member, they sent me so much **** about alternative offers and offers before my service expired. I cancelled it way back because I already had the service for 6 more months. Paid online to reinstate when it expired and was sent the email confirmation but said I already was a member. This is really bad. What is going on with this service???????????
