So what does being Elite member get you?
When we purchased our toy hauler last year we were upgraded to Elite member status. We were told we could get free camping, additional discounts and even a free Good Sam camping guide.
After a few unsucessful tries to get the camping guide today we were told it is out of print. So I have a nice coupon anyway.
We have also not seen any "additional" discount on Camping World store purchases as were were led to believe. We have made numerous purchase in the past year with no additional discount. Today I purchased the $269 telescoping laddder and I asked about the Elite discount I was told the listed member price was the discount. ???
As far as the free camping goes we haven't tried it as the locations and availble times haven't meshed with our schedule and times.
