It took me 5 weeks of posting on several threads to mods and admins before i got a reply. yES 5 weeks. When i got a reply, it was a message that they replied with absolutely no other info..
A few more requests and finally got a phone number to call Safe-guard for my problem.
Safe-guard took for calls to get action. Birds of a feather....
