I imagine some neighborhoods might have an ordinance against it. I'm in Brentwood and park my 26' trailer in the backyard. Yard is a little over an acre. I've got plenty of trees and its not very noticeable. I've seen others parked in driveways also. I guess it would depend on neighborhood rules and yard size. And you'll love it here!
