Thank you for leaving the rest of us in the dark as to what cancelation policy is

  • Per the brochure:

    ""Membership and Cancellation Policy 3, 4, 5:
Membership is subject to cancellation by either party at any time, for any reason, upon written notification""

EXCEPT that is for the states that took them to court regarding their cancellations and notice practices! :B

Utah where in the special Notice section states within the brochure they get 4 per year AND they can only be canceled in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

    Wisconsin, Utah, Montana Special Notices

Guess the squeaky wheels DO get the grease. :W
  • This all seems to be pretty "straight-up" to me. If one has auto insurance from company "XYZ", and there were multiple claims within a year then it seems normal that the insurer would reevaluate and act accordingly. A business is just that, they are not in business to lose money. I feel very sorry for those that have lost coverage for whatever reason, but at the same time I try to be realistic.

The cancellation policy is in the GSRA brochure which is online. That is where you will find the most accurate information.
