Yes, I heard from a person who told me he was manager, would investigate and get back to me by the end of the week... The end of that week was around 10 days ago at this point...
He did ask if there was anything GS could do for me... I can now say "yes"...
1. Since I paid for 3 YEARS of Roadside Assistance, which has now failed not once but twice, I'd like a refund.
2. Since I had to replace an extra tire because of possible/probable internal damage due to extended, severe overloading while I limped the unit all the way to Kingman, I think it would be nice for GS to refund the price of the tire, mounting and balancing.
I don't think I"ll hold my breath.
