Yep its frustrating, but if we need road service, we just assume its going to be at least 2 hours.

This is so true and the reality of being a CDL over the road driver and is entirely accurate. When calling for assistance on the road be prepared for a minimum of a two hour delay and realistically four is not abnormal.
