Just wanted to update everyone on the my original post. I want to say WOW first of all the customer service provided by Frank was amazing. Not only did he make things right by processing my reimbursement he took the time to personally go beyond what I expected. Coming from AAA I can tell you that this level of customer care or service did not exist. I believe Good Sam has earned a lifetime member!
