Coast added 78 new Good Neighbor Parks for 2019, you can see the complete list in our 2019 Coast Resort Directory. In terms of quality, Coast is the only membership camping network that inspects and rates our network parks and resorts annually. Our ratings are provided by the same rating teams that compile ratings for over 12,000 campgrounds annually for the Good Sam RV Travel & Savings Guide, and our ratings are based on the same Good Sam 10/10/10 rating system. The 2019 ratings are included in our 2019 Coast Resort Directory and also in our online directory at CoastResorts.com. In addition to the ratings, we take member feedback on conditions at our network resorts seriously and investigate all feedback we receive. Over the years we have removed a number of parks from our network due to poor conditions as we want to be sure we are sending our members to parks and resorts where they will have a good experience.
