rvnetter: Regarding your last post, it is tougher for Coast to add new resorts than new Good Neighbor Parks because there are fewer private membership resorts than there are open to the public parks and campgrounds (prospective Good Neighbor Parks). The two ways we can add new resorts are by resort developers building and opening new resorts, or by existing developers purchasing an existing park (sometimes an open to the public park) and turning this into a membership resort. We have been able to add new resorts most years, but in 2018 we did not add any new resorts to the network for 2019. However several developers have projects in the works at the moment, both new developments as well as purchases of existing parks to convert to membership resorts, that give me confidence that we will be able to add new resorts to the network this year.
