What is so amazing is everyone wants ERS to do things they want done, never mind what the contract says they will do. Some on here should form their own ERS Service. They could hire competent workers to answer the phones, contract with competent tow services, and pay the tow services a fair rate. Premium may be so high, no one would purchase the service but they would have their own private ERS.
