Thanks for a quick reply...

I sent an email to Marcus about Travel Assist. I thought they had sent me confusing info about renewing. I got a phone call about 2 hours later.....I was the one who was confused. Did not read literature correctly.

Agent was polite and friendly when correcting me.

So....a prompt reply was appreciated.
