Sorry to hear of your ordeal. Last July, we had a 4 year old tire separate and cause damage to our Bighorn. We had GS Platinum and within an hour and half, support arrived, changed our tire, unwrapped some of the shredded tire from the axle and we headed back to town for 5 new tires, home to unload, then straight to our dealer to leave the unit for repair. I know this isn't about insurance providers other than GS RS Assistance, but our Allstate came through, quickly and payed for all repairs less our deductible. Even paid for one of the tires that was damaged as a result.
