X2 I have made this point many times. GSE will tell you they are hidng behind the "Privacy" of the OP issue. Which as long as they dont give out the OP's real name and contact information is not a violation of privacy.
I think the REAL reason is GSE dont want to set precedence in writing for future issues of the same sort. IE if Member John Doe has a bad experience and GSE reimburses him completely they dont want the next guy who may not have such a strong case to expect the same treatment and use their posts against them.
This is the only reason I can see for them NOT doing what is so badly needed and the one thing that would really help them PR wise.
You would think they should publish everything, just like AAA and CoachNet do. They are taking GSRS customers by leaps and bounds because of their transparency policies. :S
