Thanks for the great service today GSRA!
Had to make use of the jump start service today. Battery was dead this morning. It took me by surprise- no warnings that it was going out on me. Called GSRA customer service, and they had somebody here to jump the battery in under 30 minutes. Got the truck started, drove to Auto Zone, got the battery tested, learned it was bad, bought a new one, and got back home within 90 minutes of calling Good Sam.
This is only the second time I have used GSRA (the other was for a blowout in the trailer during a trip). Both times, I have had courteous customer service, short waiting times, and total resolution of my problems.
