THANKS, THANKS, THANKS

Ok, one more time. My wife and I on Saturday 06/09/15 left Gainesville Fl. To drive to Kissimmee to pick up 3 grandchildren. Driving through Ocala Fl. My master brake cylinder went out. I pulled off the road into an empty car repair lot. I called roadside assistance and due to unable to drive decided to have it towed to Camping World about 15 miles south of where we were. All of a sudden this person showed up and asked what was wrong. I explained and he said he was the owner of the shop where I pulled into. Long story short, he said he could repair it for me that day . I decided to let him, that way I would be able to continue and not have to leave it at Camping World for a week or so. When the tow truck showed up I explained the situation and he was very understanding but said that since he went out on a call, Roadside would only pay $25.00 of the towing charge and I would have to pay the other $125.00 which I did because of all the frustrations I was having. Here is a copy of the receipt he gave me and after calling Roadside back the person said I did not have to pay for anything.. By this time the tow truck had left and I was waiting on the repair getting done.

ABOVE WAS THE LETTER I SENT TO GOOD SAM ROADSIDE ASST. I just wanted to let everyone know that I was refunded the tow charge and can't thank you enough for your timely reply. ( within 2 weeks )

So glad to be a member of this service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
