Though there are many on this forum that are green with envy toward Marcus, it is comforting to me, I know he will be there if I ever have a problem with service/ parts/ reimbursement, etc. If a CW ever had a rig we were interested in purchasing, we would not hesitate to buy from them, even after all the nightmare stories on here.
The old adage, if you have a good experience, you tell one or two people. If you have a bad one, you tell as many people that will listen. Considering the number of bad stories on this forum in the last 15 years, and the tens of thousands of units CW has sold, I would say, they have pretty positive numbers.
